Refund Policy
All fees paid to Dudik Bookkeeping Solutions LLC are generally non-refundable once services have commenced. However, in limited circumstances, we may consider issuing a refund at our sole discretion.

Situational Basis: Refunds will only be considered in cases where services have not yet been performed or where exceptional circumstances apply.

Type of Refund: Depending on the situation, refunds may be issued as either a full refund (if no work has been performed) or a partial refund (reflecting the value of work already completed).

Timeframe: Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 15 days of payment. Refund determinations will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt of the request.

Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed via the same method of payment originally used, unless otherwise agreed.

All refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are final. By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees that refunds are not guaranteed and are provided only at the discretion of Dudik Bookkeeping Solutions LLC.
