Refund Policy

All fees paid to Dudik Bookkeeping Solutions LLC are generally non-refundable once services have commenced. However, in limited circumstances, we may consider issuing a refund at our sole discretion.

• Situational Basis: Refunds will only be considered in cases where services have not yet been performed or where exceptional circumstances apply.

• Type of Refund: Depending on the situation, refunds may be issued as either a full refund (if no work has been performed) or a partial refund (reflecting the value of work already completed).

• Timeframe: Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 15 days of payment. Refund determinations will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt of the request.

• Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed via the same method of payment originally used, unless otherwise agreed.
