Pricing structure based on # of transactions from bank and credit cards monthly:

• Tier 1 - $350

  • Up to 100 transactions

• Tier 2 - $600

  • 101 -200 transactions

​

• Tier 3 - $850

  • 201 -300 transactions

​

• Tier 4 - $1,100 

  • 301 -400 transactions

• For any transactions over 400/month, pricing TBD after determining the volume & complexity

Our QBO set up fee is $75/hour.

*Pricing above is based on the additional time, effort, and complexity involved in gathering older documentation, correcting prior data, and ensuring the financials are accurate for tax reporting purposes. *

Pricing of 1099s for eligible vendors:

• $100 base fee per entity issuing the 1099s (includes the setup & data collection for vendors for the 1099 software)

• $40 per each 1099 form prepared (includes the e-filing & recipient copy distribution of each form).
